Where we deliver

We deliver with our own vehicle from Garešnica, Dišnik 124, Hrvatska. The same price per kilometre applies in each of these countries.

Distance is calculated one way and rounded to 1 km. The return journey is not charged.

Delivery never blocks an enquiry. If the route cannot be calculated, your enquiry still goes through and we confirm the distance manually.

What to prepare before we arrive

Four things. If they are ready, the team completes the installation in a single visit.

  • Electrical connection

    Up to 4,42 m³, a single-phase 230 V connection is enough. Above that you need three-phase 400 V, brought to where the sauna will stand.

  • A level, load-bearing surface

    The cabin is assembled on site and must stand level. The surface is not levelled during installation.

  • Clear access

    The panels are carried in by hand. Measure the narrowest door and the tightest point on the way — staircase, hallway, door frame.

  • Time

    Installation takes 2–8 hours, depending on the model. Allow for the full slot, not half an hour.

Uncertainty about the electrical connection is the most common reason installations get postponed. If you are not sure whether you have three-phase power, mention it in the note with your enquiry — we check it free of charge before production.
